From an LCD display we gather the following values:
- Frequency of oscillations (Hz)
- Amplitude of the oscillations (mm)
- Oscillation speed (cm/s)
- Vibration accelerations (g)
Questi valori, sono memorizzati nello strumento, trasferiti ad un Pc ed archiviati, in modo che, per ogni vibratore collaudato, abbiamo i valori rilevati.
In our test report, we also always indicate all data related to the air gap as well as the thicknesses of the leaf springs and their relative positions in the 6 locking points.
The material of the leaf springs is composed of fiber and its quality is certified by our supplier.
Even the electromagnets (three in the versions starting from diameter 400) are designed by us and compliant with the IEC 61558-1 standard.
They represent the “motor” of our systems and are therefore studied to reach high performances in terms of linear speed (up to 12mt/min.) and load resistance as far as the items charged are concerned.
